Coup d' Etat In Thailand

During Thailand's Most Famous Songkran Festival, several demonstrations occurred in Bangkok and other provinces. These demonstrations were made by people who are against the Prime Minister for some reasons valid or not.

Bangkok's central places especially the areas where Songkran Festival was celebrated most were occupied by those demonstrators wearing red shirts.

Several public buses were held and were burned, and major roads were closed. Military gunmen were able to use their guns and made shots to some demonstrators.

At present, demonstrations are over, but plans to resume by 23rd of this Month, in Bangkok and some provinces.
